CHRISTMAS CHORUS Singers!
We're inviting the women* of Carpinteria and all of Santa Barbara County to share the joy of the holiday season in song – a Cappella style! We are delighted that you're interested in singing with Carpe Diem during our upcoming December 11th show!
*Women and others of diverse identities who are comfortable singing in the SSAA range.-
No experience necessary! Just a commitment to learn a few Christmas songs, have FUN and pass it forward to the community!

No audition required. Bring a friend or 2! Ages 14-16 must be accompanied by a singing parent or parent who comes to rehearsals.

No committment to join us after December – unless you want to!! 😉

$20 registration fee covers music and costume accessories (no charge if you sang last year and still have your hat, bell and music)
Rehearsals
We have just a few practices together before we take this show public, so please register ASAP to get your music.
- Wednesday, November 6 – – 6:00-8:00p (30 min. early)
- Wednesday, November 13 – 6:30-8:00p
- Wednesday, November 20 – 6:30-8:00p
- Wednesday, November 27 – No rehearsal (Thanksgiving week)
- Wednesday, December 4 – 6:30-8:00p
- Wednesday, December 6 – SHOW TIME! (arrive approx. 5:00p)
Rehearsal Location: Carpinteria Community Church | 1111 Vallecito Rd, Carpinteria, CA 93013 (choir room located in back of church)
Music
Once you register, you will receive a follow-up email containing a link to our learning tracks (.mp3 format) and sheet music (PDF) for the songs you'll be singing with us! Please plan to bring the sheet music with you to rehearsal (either digitally on your phone or printed out).FYI – we perform without music, so you'll need to memorize the right notes and words prior to the first performance!
